Writing is a necessity for a business person the knowledge of what to say and how to say it is very critical. Write the wrong thing and it could spark trouble. Write it correctly and great things could happen. That is why it is very important to make sure that when writing a writer needs to be very aware of what is being put on the paper. There are several tips to help you along the way to making you the writer you need to by. The use of first, second or third person depends on what the topic is. In Business, most of the writing will be in the first person. As it will entail what needs to be done and obligation.

In business, the writer needs to focus on you and I type attitude. It will focus on what you need to read and what I will do to get you to focus on what will keep you reading. This is especially important when something is to be done for that person. When an order is to be sent instead of I have requested, it should be you will receive it by… this will allow the customer when to expect the shipment of product. The same goes order processing the focus is on the purchaser or the requester. Make sure that they understand that they are the important people (Nordquist, 2017).
When writing an email or proposal individuals want to know what the final results are or will be. That way all the writer needs to do is to offer proof to support the findings. This works with proposals as well. It is an eye-catching way to say hey I mean business (Nordquist, 2017).

Most writers look at how intelligent their projects look, tugging at the heartstrings or working on their emotions, getting them to say I want it and they cannot do without it. Business writing is all about making sure that the reader has to have it. It can be all about needs and desires along with smart and practical. Writers need to use what they have to get the job done (James, 2014).

No one likes a 30-minute speech that is dry or constantly heads in circles. It is better to be brief and to the point than try to drag out a project and bore the reader. That reader will find it more interesting by being on point and will contact the writer for more information (James. 2014).

Unless the reader has a really high IQ, the writer needs to focus on those who want to know all about what the writer is trying to say. Most individuals do not carry a dictionary, even on their IPad to look up what the author is trying to say. Keep it super simple and allow the reader to picture what the writer is trying to say. It is harder to go back and try to explain a word or phrase because the reader will lose patience and will not finish the writing (James. 2014).
Business writing has become more than putting words on a piece of paper. It takes time and energy to do the job correctly. It is easier to lose a reader and even lose future readers than to keep them. Once the writer peaked the interests of the reader, they will want to read on and find out more about what the writer has to say. It all comes down to how the writer chooses the right words and making sure that the reader remains interested and wanting more.
